Refunds, Exchanges, Returns?

- There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. all purchases are FINAL

Do you offer installs?

- PXT does offer installation services, book your appointment under the "shop" tab and select "bookings and services"

Does proxtensions ship units?

- Yes, nationwide. international shipping is available as well.*

How long does shipping take?

- All preorder units take up to 14 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS (holidays not included)

- Please understand that I am one person and sometimes some units take a bit longer to process so please purchase your units ahead of time to avoid any issues. 

- If you ordered a READY TO SHIP UNIT , allow 1-3 days for your order to process.

Is pickup available?

- Yes, pickup and drop off (extra fee) is available in the san antonio/san marcos areas. email proxtensionss@gmail.com for delivery or pickup inquiries.

this is my first wig, what should i get?

-for all my first timers, i typically suggest getting a closure unit. it requires less maintenance while still giving you a simple yet gorgeous everyday look. HD or transparent lace is recommended for beginners to ensure a flawless and glueless melt.

are your wigs glueless?

-yes, all my units are made to be worn gluelessly.

how can i become a brand ambassador?

- BA positions are typically reserved for our loyal clients.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- If you are providing your own hair, Proxtensions is not responsible if the hair does not withstand construction, styling, coloring, etc. Proxtensions is not responsible for any wear and tear that may happen after wig has been made (balding lace, shedding, dryness tangling, etc.).
There are NO REFUND, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES allowed on any purchases. All sales are FINAL.
- Custom Orders must be paid in full BEFORE we can begin the process.
